Joshua Basin Water District offers a variety of convenient ways to pay your bill. Payments must be received at the District offices by the 20th of each month in order to avoid late charges.

Automatic Bill Pay

Enroll in Joshua Basin Water District's Electronic Bill Payment Service. When you sign up for the AutoPay feature, your bill is paid automatically from a designated checking or savings account.

Pay Online with Paymentus 

Enroll in Joshua Basin Water District's Electronic Bill Payment Service powered by Paymentus. You can choose to make a one-time payment or enroll in the AutoPay feature (recurring payments). Your payments will be deducted from your bank account (electronic check), Visa (debit or credit) or MasterCard (debit or credit) or Discover. Billing and payment histories are available online 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Beginning May 1st, 2023, credit card, debit card, or e-check payments made through our electronic bill pay service, Paymentus, will include a convenience fee of $2.20 for each $200 transaction. 

The $2.20 fee for each $200 charge has created some questions.

Here are some examples that may help:

      Example 1: My water bill is $75. What is my fee? 

      Answer: $2.20

      Example 2: My water bill is $325. What is my fee?

      Answer: $4.40

      Example 3: My water bill is $489. What is my fee?

      Answer: $6.60

Pay By Phone with Paymentus (855) 748-8527

Pay by phone using your credit card, debit card, or e-check using our electronic bill payment service powered by Paymentus. Beginning May 1st, 2023, credit card, debit card, or e-check payments made through our electronic bill pay service, Paymentus, will include a convenience fee of $2.20 for each $200 transaction.

DropBox

Drop payment in the drive-up box located in front of the main office . Dropbox payments after 3 p.m. will process on the next business day. Please do not put cash in the dropbox.

Pay by Mail

To pay your bill by mail, please include the payment stub along with a check or money order to:

Be sure to include your Joshua Basin Water District account number on the check. Do not send cash through the mail.

Pay in Person

Bring payment to the District Office. The business hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We accept cash, check, or money order in the office. We do not accept credit, debit, or electronic check payments in the office.
