CUSTOMER: Minimum due is $110, if requested turn on after 3pm (same day),  due on the next business day. Payment can be made in the office with cash or check or with a credit/debit card or e-check via our third-party payment processor, Paymentus, by calling (855) 748-8527.

Failure to complete the application process and make payment by 9:00 a.m. the next business day will result in immediate termination of water service without further notice. If the water service has been disconnected or was not turned on due to JBWD error, the $110.00 fee will be waived.

Office hours are: Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
