The District staff is available to assist with your residential or commercial development/design projects as it relates to new or modified District facilities. The District understands your excitement and we want to assist you through the process. Before you buy or begin construction in Joshua Tree, there are some important questions that you may have.
Is Water Service Available at my property?
How much will it cost me?
What if there is no water main close to my parcel?
What information does the District need?
How do I get a meter installed?
To help answer these questions, we have created development services applications on our Development Request Forms page. Be sure to choose the type that fits your project (Single Family Residential 1" or Commercial, Duplex, Institutional, Multi-Family 1-3").
