Report a Leak
To report a leak or other water emergency, call: (760) 366-8438, then select option 1.
Joshua Basin Water District personnel is on-call 24/7, 365 days a year.
When reporting a leak, be prepared with the following information:
- Your name and call back phone number.
- Location and cross street.
- How bad is the leak? Is the water trickling, bubbling, flowing, or gushing?
- If applicable, is the leak before or after the water meter?
- If the leak is after the meter to your home, is it inside or outside?
